Merry Christmas!
Thank you to all my family, friends and followers for your support and encouragement over the years. Looking back on our homeschool experience I have no regrets To those of you who homeschool and for those of you who will in the future, please know I intend to keep fighting the fight for our rights and freedoms. I look around and see the results of homeschooling and I like what I see. Homeschooling is the saving grace of a strong and free America! Blessings always!

Love it...love it...love it!
...and they wonder why students are leaving in droves
This is nothing new. It just tends to bubble up to the surface of public awareness, like the scum in a cesspool, whenever a Democrat takes up residence in the White House. I think the word for this is Clintonesque.
Jail time for lowest math scores in the nation????
"This is an abysmal failure," Bobb said. "It is not the fault of our kids individually, and it is not the fault of our kids collectively. It is not the kids' fault. It is the adults' fault. It is a failure of leadership."
The scores were so low that DPS parent Tonya Allen said she thinks students could have stayed home and done just as badly on the tests."
Failure of leadership? More like failure of parenting. If they HAD kept their children home and taught them there the children would probably all be reading and writing on a college level by now!
Geeeeeeeeesssssh!!!
Socialization myth gets debunked...again!
Michael Smith, president of HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) states in his article: "Since the re-emergence of the home-school movement in the late 1970s, critics of home-schooling have perpetuated two myths. The first concerns the ability of parents to adequately teach their own children at home; the second is whether home-schooled children will be well-adjusted socially."
The 're-emergence' is the key word here. For centuries parents taught their own. Public school teachers are nothing more than certified strangers who, with the help of union thugs, maintain a high level of job comfort and job security for themselves with little, if any, regard for the proper and useful education of children. Parents are simply going back to their roots after discovering that public schooling is nothing more than a system of lies, greed and propaganda.
